Yesterday in discussion about customer service, someone said to me,"You give alot of your time for the library and these Lunch & Learn sessions. Do you find you get time back in return?"
I'd not thought of it that way and the fact is: yes, I do.
The only area of my life where I feel time pressure is with my clients. And it is the only area where I have recently begun to be more careful with my time. So, I'm going to stop doing that. From now on I'll be more generous with my client time.

My parents have an iRobot vacuum. A human does a better job, but it sure is great to come home and see the dog hair (mostly) off the carpets. I'd get one before I hired cleaning help, becouse the iRobot can work every day.
